- Heavy-duty 65-45-12 ductile iron castings for both the base and head cap.
- Electroless nickel plated steel ram and steel pump piston prevent and protect against rust.
- Machined base castings have smooth surfaces and tight tolerances to increase longevity.
- Large base provides wide stance and positive load support.
- 50% safety overload factor per ASME / PASE hydraulic bottle jack standards.
- Safety fluid bypass system prevents the user from overloading / damaging the jack so it cannot be used beyond the ASME / PASE load-limiting standard.
- Ram stop ring prevents ram from being overextended.
- Two (2) piece (21″ Long) zinc plated handle set for D-51125.
