All TitanStraps® are made from a stretchy, high-performance polymer material, which excel in sunny climates and frigid temperatures. A polished, heat-treated aircraft aluminum buckle is over-molded in the manufacturing process. The buckle has been designed to allow the strap to be threaded through the slot 2x, which doubles the strength.
