HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or instrument panel and create a 2.67″ (68mm) diameter hole. Secure the gauge in the opening.
2. Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate an appropriate port on your vehicle’s fuel system. Install the included 100 PSI pressure sensor (using the 1/8″ NPT thread) at this location. Ensure a proper seal to prevent leaks.
3. Connect the Sensor Wiring: Connect the 3-wire cable from the pressure gauge to the corresponding terminals on the pressure sensor. Refer to the wiring diagram provided with the gauge or on Speedhut’s website for correct connections.
4. Connect Power and Lighting: Connect the 3 ft power & lighting harness. Typically, one wire will connect to a 12V power source (ignition switched is recommended), and another wire will connect to a ground. The remaining wire(s) are for the LED illumination and should be connected to a 12V lighting circuit (e.g., your vehicle’s headlight or parking light circuit) to illuminate the gauge when the lights are on.
5. Ground the Gauge: Ensure the gauge housing has a proper ground connection to the vehicle’s chassis for accurate readings and proper operation of the electronics.
6. Verify Operation: Once all connections are made, start your vehicle and check the fuel pressure reading on the gauge. Turn on your vehicle’s lights to ensure the gauge illumination is working correctly.
