HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Install the 2-1/16″ gauge into a suitable 52mm mounting location in your vehicle’s dashboard or instrument panel. Secure it using the appropriate mounting hardware (not included unless specified).
- Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate an appropriate port on your vehicle’s fuel system to install the included 30 PSI pressure sensor. Ensure the connection is secure and leak-free.
- Connect the Wiring Harness:
- Connect the wires from the provided Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness to the corresponding terminals on the back of the fuel pressure gauge.
- Connect the other end of the harness to the 3-wire terminals of the pressure sensor. Ensure correct polarity and wire matching as per the gauge and sensor’s wiring diagrams (if provided).
- Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable 12V power source (ignition-switched is recommended), a ground connection, and the lighting circuit of the gauge (if applicable).
- Secure Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are tight and properly insulated to prevent shorts or loose connections.
- Test the Gauge: With the ignition on, observe the fuel pressure reading on the gauge. It should reflect the current fuel system pressure. Start the engine to verify the gauge responds to changes in fuel pressure.
