Nordic Pure 12x20x2M7+C-3 Pleated Air Filters MERV 7 Plus Carbon 3 Pack – 12x20x2 are constructed with dual material combining MERV 7 rated media fused with an activated carbon layer. These filters help eliminate unwanted odors while trapping airborne dust and particulate matter for cleaner indoor air. The activated carbon attracts and holds odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOC) without compromising airflow. All Nordic Pure pleated air filters feature a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame reinforced with a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra durability. The electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet to attract dust, enhancing filtration efficiency. MERV 7 Plus Carbon filters are comparable to MPR 600 rated filters.
