Turn Any 3/8″ Drive Ratchet or Breaker Bar into a 35 Newton- Meter Torque Wrench.

Helps prevent over tightening plastic and aluminum oil filter canisters and filters. Can also be used with 21mm socket or wrench. Not for use with impact or pneumatic wrenches.
