The 9″ StepCut® XL Cable Shears (95 11 225) from Knipex are designed for high-leverage cutting with long handles and optimized cutting edges, making them easier to use than compact cable shears. These shears efficiently cut solid copper and aluminum cables as well as stranded cables, and fine-stranded cables. The dual cutting areas feature step-cutting edges that position cables close to the joint, allowing gradual “nibbling” for larger cables. These shears offer easy operation with minimal handle opening and a slim head for better accessibility in tight spaces.
