1-1/4 X 1-1/4″ Shank Indexable Coolant-Thru End Mill (5822-8250) ~ Head length is 1-21/32″. ~ Coolant thru allows the cutting edge to cool and removes chips. ~ Replacement screw is M3 X 9. ~ Takes 3 ANGX110508 inserts #6064-0011 which are not included. ~ ANGX double-sided inserts provide 4-cutting edges. ~ ANGX inserts have a bigger depth of cut (ap) for a better value. ~ ANGX inserts with high precision cutting edges are more aggressive and are disigned to improve shoulder milling surface finish. ~ ANGX inserts have more cutting edges than APKT inserts. ~ Double negative rake angle of the cutter body in combination with extra thick insert achieves double positive tool angle, reduces cutting resistance and improves impact resistance. ~ This 90° major cutting edge angle square shoulder milling cutter when fitted with strong 11° positive rectangular inserts allows a high depth of cut and feed per tooth.
