HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Disconnect the vehicle’s battery and remove the existing intake and fuel system.
- Intake Installation: Mount the FiTech 78808 intake manifold onto the LS engine, ensuring proper gasket placement.
- Throttle Body and Injectors: Install the 102mm throttle body and 55 lb./hr injectors onto the intake manifold.
- Fuel System Installation: Install the in-tank fuel pump module or other selected fuel system option, and connect fuel lines to the fuel rails.
- ECU and Wiring: Mount the ECU and connect the wiring harness to the engine sensors and injectors.
- Sensor Connections: Connect the MAP sensor, IAT sensor, TPS sensor, and oxygen sensor.
- Handheld Controller: Connect the handheld controller to the ECU and mount it in a convenient location.
- Initial Setup: Follow the instructions on the handheld controller to perform the initial setup and calibration.
- Testing: Reconnect the battery and start the engine. Monitor the handheld controller for proper operation and make any necessary adjustments.
