HOW TO USE:

• Remove Existing Carburetor and Intake Manifold: Disconnect all fuel lines, vacuum lines, and electrical connections. Remove the carburetor and intake manifold from the engine.
• Install the FiTech Intake Manifold: Place the new FiTech intake manifold onto the engine, ensuring proper gasket placement. Tighten the manifold bolts to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Install Fuel Rails and Injectors: Mount the fuel rails onto the intake manifold and install the injectors into the designated ports. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel rails.
• Install the Throttle Body: Attach the FiTech throttle body to the intake manifold, ensuring proper alignment. Connect the throttle linkage and sensors.
• Connect Wiring Harness: Connect the FiTech wiring harness to the engine sensors, injectors, and ECU. Route the harness to the designated location for the ECU.
• Install ECU and Sensors: Mount the ECU in a suitable location. Install the oxygen sensor, MAP sensor, IAT sensor, TPS sensor, and IAC motor.
• Connect Touchscreen Monitor: Connect the handheld touchscreen monitor to the ECU for setup and monitoring.
• Initial Setup and Tuning: Follow the on-screen prompts to configure the ECU for your engine. Start the engine and allow the self-tuning feature to optimize the fuel delivery.
• Fine-Tuning (Optional): Use the touchscreen monitor to make advanced adjustments to the fuel and ignition settings as needed.
