Description
Chamfer Bits are used to route a decorative bevel profile. Festool chamfer bits use a special type of bearing and bearing mount that allows them to be easily used with orwithoutthe bearing.
The chamfer angle is measured from the shank. A 30° chamfer bit has a 30° angle between the cutting edge and the shank. See the figure to the right.
Please note: These bits all have 8mm shanks.
