This Automatic Corner Chisel is a simple spring-loaded fixture to quickly square the corners of routed mortises.Simply snug it into the radiused corner or your mortise (max. 3/8″ radius) and rap the top with a hammer, instantly cutting a 90° outline.One stroke with a bench chisel pops out the waste.The corner chisel works in mortises up to 7/16″ deep, and fits into mortises as small as 1-1/16″ square.Blade is easily removed for resharpening.
