Our SUPER HEAVY DUTY, 3 Stage 60/40/20 Ton Air Hydraulic Jack is built to cater a wide range of demands from various sectors like Heavy Duty Trucking, Agricultural, Fleet, Construction and Military. The hydraulic jack’s piston head seal design, adopted from Industrial technology, provides an excellent low and high pressure seal making this jack great for holding under severe load conditions. It’s incorporated with a 54 handle that can be locked in 3 stages for easy positioning in hard-to-reach areas. Air assisted lowering functionality increased its efficiency by speeding up ram retraction. Superior strength for load stability is guaranteed by its single piece base construction.
Apart from standard utilities, this jack is also designed to tackle intense environmental conditions. It comes with a built-in overload safety valve to prevent damage due to excessive load. Double polished chromed pistons cater to tighter tolerances, thus reducing ram scoring and oil bypassing. Our Air Hydraulic Jack comes with 75mm and 45mm extensions and a saddle adapter. It has been tested to endure both +113F and -13F temperature ranges as well as off-center loading, ensuring a long life under even the harshest conditions.
