HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Vehicle: Park the vehicle on a flat, stable, and level surface. Engage the parking brake and place wheel chocks on the wheels that will remain on the ground.
- Position the Jack: Locate a suitable jacking point on the vehicle’s frame or designated lift point, as specified in the vehicle’s owner’s manual. Slide the jack’s saddle directly under this point.
- Lift the Vehicle: Insert the handle into the jack’s pump mechanism. Pump the handle steadily to raise the vehicle to the desired height. Ensure the jack remains stable during the lifting process.
- Place Jack Stands: Once the vehicle is at the desired height, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under secure support points on the vehicle. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a floor jack.
- Lower onto Jack Stands: Slowly and carefully turn the release valve on the jack to lower the vehicle onto the jack stands. Ensure the vehicle is resting securely on the stands before proceeding with any work.
- Remove Jack: Once the vehicle is safely supported by jack stands, you can remove the floor jack.
- Lower Vehicle (after work): After completing your work, place the jack back under the jacking point, slightly raise the vehicle to remove the jack stands, then slowly lower the vehicle completely to the ground by opening the release valve.
