Magnetic latch engages itself when it comes in contact with the striker plate, and holds with 25 lbs. of force. Simply turn the latch 180 degrees counterclockwise to release the magnet. Let go and the magnet is ready to self engage again. Accepts any standard 8-32 threaded knob (not included) so you can customize the look. Latch is especially good for glass panel doors. Keeps them closed and allows them to open without shaking. Installs in any 3/4″ thick door, stile or rail. Imported Latch Kit: Includes magnetic latch; screws, and a variety of striker plates to allow installation in almost any situation.
