4.5″X10 Meter 400 Grit Stearate A/O PSA Roll

A new addition to our PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) rolls, this STEARATE roll will deliver strong performance and cost savings. You’ll save money buying rolls and cutting the sheets for your PSA sheet sanders yourself. You’ll also develop your own hand-sanding devices for this useful, sticky-backed material. This is our premium stearate material, consisting of top-quality aluminum oxide grains bonded to a heavy B- or C-weight paper backing with heat-resistant resins, and finally coated with zinc stearate to reduce loading.

These rolls are recommended for sanding bare wood and for autobody use. Other applications include sanding bare metal, priming, priming surfacer, between coats of paint, and on solid-surface countertops such as CORIAN, FOUNTAINHEAD, and AVONITE. Our very high-quality Zinc Stearate material, added in the size coat, will outperform virtually all competitors.
