The Pillar G1025 Bushing O-Ring (1/4″ x 7/16″ Quad Ring) is a precision-engineered sealing component designed for bushing applications in hot melt glue systems and edge banding equipment. This specialized quad ring provides superior sealing performance in critical junction points, ensuring leak-free operation and maintaining system integrity in adhesive application assemblies.
Important Notes
Two of these are needed to repair an air leak coming from the front of the drive. This is the most common air leak on an HPJ or H-49 machine. Remember to grease them liberally on reassembly. Disassembly of the whole driver is not necessary. Remove the bronze bushing gently and fish the old bushings out. A little air presser on the return side can encourage them to come out.
