HDCBX-360-112 Paint SpinCoater Overview
The HDCBX-360-112 Paint SpinCoater is engineered to spray a wide range of coatings onto the interior surfaces of pipes. Its 360-degree spray pattern ensures consistent and efficient internal coverage across various applications.
Air Requirements
To operate efficiently, the paint pump and SpinCoater require:

Clean, dry compressed air
Note: A pressure tank may be used in place of the Bulldog pump if the paint viscosity is less than 20 seconds through a Zahn II cup.
Operational Process

Paint Delivery
The paint pump transports the coating through the spray gun and paint hose to the spinning head of the SpinCoater. -
Spray Application
The spinning head distributes the coating using centrifugal force, creating a uniform 360-degree spray pattern along the interior pipe wall.
