• Securely locks to the lathe bed with a few turns of the handle
• Can be used with the optional bed extension mounted in the lower position
• Fits JET 1440VS, 1640EVS, 1442VS and 1642EVS lathes
• Please note, the tailstock swing away cannot be mounted to the end of the bed extension
