Sorby’s framing chisels are extremely heavy, long-handled slicks made for timber-framing, sculpting and other big jobs.Thick, square-edged blades have a large bolster, leather shock washer, and heavy tang fitted through a steel ferrule to insure maximum durability.The nicely finished ash handles are likewise fitted with a substantial ferrule at the butt to withstand vigorous use of heavy mallets.Blade length 9″;overall length 20″.
