Nordic Pure 14x30x1PM12C-3 Furnace Air Filters MERV 12 Pleated Plus Carbon 3 Pack – 14x30x1 feature a dual-layer design combining MERV 12 rated media fused with activated carbon. This combination effectively traps airborne dust and particulates while eliminating unwanted odors for fresher, cleaner air. The activated carbon adsorbs odorous gases and VOCs while maintaining excellent airflow. These filters are constructed with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and reinforced with a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for added durability. The permanently electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet to attract dust and allergens. Comparable to filters rated MPR 1500–1900, they should be replaced every 30–90 days to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
