Surco DBR400 Swing Away 4-Bike Rack – 2″ Hitch Receiver swings completely out of the way for maximum rear vehicle access. The top swings independently, allowing it to sit parallel to the rear when not in use. Transports up to 4 bikes securely with a locking top plate that secures and locks bikes to the rack.
