ESCO3000 OTR Giant Tire Bead Breaker, Model #10144, is a top-notch product in the tire service industry since 1984. It provides diversified bead breaker solutions that accommodate rim sizes from the smallest to the largest. The unique design of this giant tire bead breaker aids in safely operating on an extensive range of large OTR style tire/wheel configurations, including Rimex and Topy style OE Wheels. This implementation of an optimal bead breaking process includes the usage of long adjustable safety clamping jaws ensuring secure bead breaking while maintaining clamping pressure on the wheel face. This design prevents potential kick-off of the tool during the bead breaking process. Moreover, all ESCO Pro-Series hydraulic bead breakers derive their power from heavy-duty rams/cylinders, thus being capable of breaking the toughest beads with the help of any ESCO 10,000 PSI hydraulic pump(s). This tool is highly suitable for large 5-piece rims 49 in. to 63 in. with pry bar/bead loosening pockets.
