Special cutting geometry for excellent cutting results in finish cut quality. Suitable for high feed speeds in batch size 1 production. Design with irregular pitch and vibration damping laser ornaments for optimal running behaviour.
Application: For panel sizing of single boards and stacks of boards with low cutting heights (up to 60 mm) with scoring.
Machine: Panel sizing saws with scoring unit and pressure beam.
Workpiece Material: Chipboard and fibre materials plastic coated, duroplastics (compact laminate panels, e.g. HPL).
