HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Disconnect the vehicle’s battery and remove the existing intake manifold and fuel system components.
- Installation of Intake Manifold: Install the FiTech short cathedral intake manifold onto the LS engine, ensuring proper gasket placement and torque specifications.
- Throttle Body Installation: Mount the 102 mm throttle body onto the intake manifold, connecting the included sensors (TPS and IAC).
- Fuel Rail and Injector Installation: Install the fuel rails and injectors, connecting the EV1 injector sub harnesses.
- ECU and Harness Connection: Mount the LS ECU and connect the primary LS harness, oxygen sensor extension, knock sensor harness, and other necessary connections.
- Fuel Pump and Regulator Installation: Install the inline fuel pump, fuel filters, and fuel pressure regulator, connecting the fuel lines.
- Sensor Installation: Install the 3-bar MAP sensor and IAT sensor.
- Oxygen Sensor Installation: Install the oxygen sensors using the clamp-on oxygen sensor bung kit.
- Handheld Monitor Connection: Connect the handheld monitor to the ECU using the FiTech handheld cable.
