Cantek’s flagship Dry Metal Dust Collector and Fume Extractor is an all-purpose collector or extractor that captures dry metal chips and dust particles down to 0.3 microns for a safer working environment. The dust collection and fume extractor is 95% ready out of the box with minimal assembly required. The use of sound-dampening material allows the collector/extractor to operate at a low noise level of 55-58 abA. Contains HEPA filters with a 99.99% filtration efficiency. The small footprint is great for tight workplace environments and the 3HP motor lends itself to smaller to mid-range shops looking to collect metal chips and dust particles or for the larger shop to provide additional dust collection beyond the capacity of their central system.

• HEPA filters, and filtration at 99.99% efficiency. Vertically positioned that does not allow dust to accumulate on top of the filtration, ensuring a longer lifespan. Easily replaceable and even gasket pressure.
• Pneumatic waste bin design- Located at the machine’s base for an air-tight seal.
• Negative pressure systems allow for use with plastic disposable bags for simple and easy waste removal.
• Intake flap valve- In case of fire or explosion the flap valves contain the pressure wave created inside the collector. Adding an extra degree of protection to surrounding equipment and operators.
