The Milwaukee 2967-20 impact wrench has a 1/2” drive. It comes with a friction ring, which gives the tool torque levels similar to that of pneumatic tools. The tool delivers a whopping 1,200 ft-lb of fastening torque and 1,600 ft-lb of breakaway torque. In its bolt removal mode, this tool slows to 750 RPM once the fastener is busted loose. This mode gives you more tool control while you work. This tool offers quick, tool-free socket changes thanks to its 1/2” friction ring anvil.
The 2967-20 has a four-mode drive control with bolt removal mode that offers these speeds:
- Mode 1: 0 to 700 RPM
- Mode 2: 0-1,300 RPM
- Mode 3: 0-2,000 RPM
- Mode 4: FWD 0-900 & REV 10-2,000 / 0-750
